Risk-informed development begins long before construction starts.
Developed for government institutions, donors, and development stakeholders in Bangladesh, DRIP was designed to support smarter infrastructure planning in disaster-prone regions. The challenge was translating a highly technical risk information platform into a communication piece that policymakers and planning officials could easily understand and apply.
We transformed dense reports, platform systems, and climate-risk data into a clear documentary-style AV using structured storytelling, and simplified motion design. Instead of overwhelming audiences with technical language, the film focused on practical decision-making showing how DRIP helps identify disaster vulnerabilities before major infrastructure investments begin.
The documentary helped government stakeholders, donors, funders, and ministry-level audiences clearly understand the purpose and necessity of the DRIP platform within Bangladesh’s development planning ecosystem. By simplifying a highly technical system into an accessible visual narrative, the AV strengthened communication around why risk-informed infrastructure planning is critical for future public investment and climate resilience.
