Privacy Policy

Studio Imagine ("we", "us") is a creative studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, operating studioimagine.xyz. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site or work with us, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it. We've tried to keep it short and plain.

1. What we collect

We collect three kinds of information, only when you actively give it to us or when it's technically necessary to serve the site:

  • Things you type into a form.Our contact form takes your name, email, phone (optional), organisation, the service you're interested in, your budget range, and your message. Our property inquiry forms take similar fields. If you submit one, we store it so we can reply.
  • Account information. If you sign in to list a property (or as a Studio Imagine staff member), we store your email, display name, and the sign-in method you used (Google OAuth or magic link). We do not store passwords ourselves — Supabase (our auth provider) handles them.
  • Basic technical data. Standard web-server stuff: IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamps. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs these for a short window to keep the site running and to block abuse.

We do notuse third-party advertising trackers, behavioural retargeting pixels, or session recorders. We don't sell data to anyone, full stop.

2. What we do with it

  • Reply to your message, prepare a quote, or run a project for you.
  • Show you proposals or property listings you've been given access to.
  • Detect and block spam and abuse (we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees minimal page data — no cross-site tracking).
  • Keep the site running, fix bugs, and improve performance.

We don't use your data to train AI models. If we use AI tools internally to draft something for you, we use general-purpose models with prompts we control — never to ingest your raw data into a training set.

3. Who else sees it

We share a minimum amount of information with a small number of vendors strictly so the site works:

  • Supabase — auth and database (hosted in the EU/US, encrypted at rest).
  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
  • Resend — sends our transactional emails (sign-in links, password resets, contact form replies).
  • Cloudflare — DNS and bot protection (Turnstile).
  • Google — only if you sign in with Google OAuth, in which case Google shares your email, name and profile picture with us.

We share information with law enforcement only when legally compelled and only the minimum required. We are not a data broker.

4. How long we keep it

  • Contact-form submissions: up to 24 months, then auto-archived. We may keep emails we exchanged with you longer if a working relationship developed.
  • Accounts: until you ask us to delete them. Inactive accounts (no sign-in for 24 months) may be deleted automatically.
  • Property listings: kept until you delete them or the listing expires. Deleted listings are purged within 30 days.
  • Server logs: rotated by Vercel within 30 days under their standard policy.

5. Your rights

You can write to studioimaginebd@gmail.com at any time and ask us to:

  • Show you what we have on file about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete your account and your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.

We'll act on reasonable requests within 30 days. We're a small team so we may write back to clarify what you're asking, but we won't stall — most requests are handled the same week.

6. Cookies

We use cookies sparingly. The site sets a small number of first-party cookies for: the auth session (so you stay signed in), proposal access cookies (so you don't have to re-type a passcode), and locale preference. We don't set any advertising or analytics cookies. If you block cookies in your browser the site still works, but you'll be signed out on every visit.

7. Children

Studio Imagine's services are intended for adults working in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, write to us and we'll delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where we can, email anyone with an account. Minor edits (fixing a typo, clarifying a sentence) may happen without notice.

9. Contact
