Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of studioimagine.xyz("the site") and the services we offer through it, including the property platform at studioimagine.xyz/properties and the proposal portal. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who we are

Studio Imagine is a creative studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Throughout these terms "we", "us", and "our" mean Studio Imagine; "you" means the person or organisation using the site.

2. Using the website

You may browse the site, read about our work, and contact us. While using the site you agree not to:

• Try to break in, abuse it, or run automated traffic that interferes with normal service.
• Scrape content for redistribution without permission.
• Misrepresent who you are when submitting a form or signing up.
• Upload anything illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

The site, its design, its words, its case studies, our methodology and our logos are our property or used under licence. You may quote a sentence with attribution, link to a page, or share a public URL — beyond that, ask first.

3. Accounts and sign-in

To list a property or to access certain features you may need an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure — that means your email account (since magic links and password resets go there) and your Google account if you use Google sign-in. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed your account.

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm others. Where we can, we'll explain why.

4. The property platform

The property platform lets users publish listings for their own properties. Each listing is the responsibility of the user who created it. By publishing a listing you confirm:

• You have the right to list the property (you own it, or you're authorised to act on the owner's behalf).
• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• The photos and copy are yours, or you have permission to use them.
• You're not using the listing to scam, harvest contacts, or run a sham promotion.

We don't mediate sales, take a commission, or guarantee outcomes. We're hosting a directory. We reserve the right to remove a listing that breaks these terms or that looks fraudulent, and to decline to publish at our discretion.

5. Proposals and gated content

Some pages — proposals, decks, and similar — are gated behind a passcode that we share privately with the recipient. The content behind those gates is confidential. You agree not to share the passcode or the content with anyone outside your organisation without our written permission. Where a deck is marked "Block copy", please respect that — the friction layer is there because we'd like you to keep the deck inside your circle.

6. Services and Statements of Work

If you engage us for a project, a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal sets out the deliverables, timeline, fees and intellectual-property terms. Where the SOW conflicts with these terms, the SOW wins for that engagement. Until you sign an SOW, nothing on this site constitutes an offer or a commitment to perform work.

7. Pricing and quotes

Any prices shown on the site, in proposals, or quoted in conversation are estimates based on the information available at that time. They may change if the scope changes. We'll always tell you before we do work that costs more than what you signed up for.

8. Intellectual property

Until a project's SOW says otherwise, work-product is delivered with a perpetual licence to the client for the agreed use. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you've asked us in writing not to. If your work is sensitive (NDA, embargo, confidential), tell us up front and we'll respect it.

User-submitted content (property listings, contact-form messages) remains the user's; by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and back it up for the purpose of running the platform.

9. Third-party links and tools

The site links to and embeds third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, FlipHTML5, AnyFlip, Play Store, etc.). We don't control those services and their terms apply when you interact with them. We're not liable for anything that happens on a third-party site we link to.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Imagine is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (fraud, gross negligence, statutory consumer rights).

For paid services, our total liability under a given engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement, unless the SOW says otherwise.

11. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account (see the Privacy Policyfor how). We may suspend the site, a feature, or your account if you breach these terms or if continued service would put us or other users at risk — we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Dhaka unless we agree in writing to another forum. If you're a consumer based elsewhere, mandatory local consumer protections still apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and, where we can, email anyone with an account. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
